Pin Type valve is used for opening and Tightening of spindle of Pin type valve of oxygen and Nitrous Oxide cylinders in Operation Theaters.
These cylinders are generally called A type cylinders. Each A type cylinder will be having a 5 Ltr water capacity and 1 Cubic meter gas capacity.
To release the gas the spindle key has to be turned in anti clock wise direction. To stop the gas flow, spindle has to be tightened in clock wise direction.
This is generally supplied as a spare part along with Anesthesia machine.
Area of usage: Used at Hospitals , Nursing Homes and Home care patients
